ABOUT RACHEL LEBER N.D.
I'm a Naturopathic Doctor and Craniosacral Practitioner with a special interest in supporting mental and emotional health, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, ADHD, thyroid health, hormone concerns, nervous system dysregulation, and blood sugar balance. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized—I strive to understand each person as a whole, rather than focusing only on symptoms or diagnoses.
Much of my work centers around the nervous system and the ways stress, overwhelm, trauma, nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle patterns can affect both physical and emotional wellbeing. I believe healing happens most effectively when people feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their care.
Depending on the individual, treatment may include counseling support, craniosacral therapy, nutrition, nutraceuticals, botanical medicine, movement recommendations, lifestyle support, and medications when appropriate. Every treatment plan is individualized to support each person's unique goals, health concerns, and nervous system.
While my practice focuses primarily on naturopathic mental health, nervous system support, and craniosacral therapy, I also provide integrative primary care for adults seeking a whole-person approach to health.
Nutrition is often an important part of my work, though I don't believe there is one "best" way to eat for everyone. Instead, I help people identify the foods and habits that best support their unique body, health goals, and lifestyle. I believe healthy eating should feel nourishing and sustainable rather than rooted in deprivation or rigidity, and I encourage a balanced and enjoyable relationship with food.
